An alert without the whole story.

A device needs attention. The client, ticket and recent change are in separate places.

The problem is between the tools

The ticket is only
part of the story.

Finding the device. Rechecking the account. Asking who approved the change. The handoff is where your team ends up joining everything together.

Why Dayrook

Built around your clients.
Priced around your scale.

Three practical considerations beyond the feature list.

Separate clients.
Scoped access.

Tenant and role boundaries are part of the design. Review the security evidence for your intended deployment.

Your AI provider.
Your usage bill.

Connect your own provider and API key. Provider charges stay separate; Dayrook adds no AI credit fee.

Grow the team.
No technician-seat fee.

The proposed platform model includes unlimited technicians and customer organizations. Managed devices, SaaS Backup and storage determine the estimate.

Plan a phased move around the tools and providers you need to retain.

  1. Bring the real environment.

Identify your tools, devices, tenants, data and the operational problem you want to solve.

  2. Agree on a bounded evaluation.

Check supported import objects, provider coverage and coexistence for the selected release.

  3. Decide from the outcome.

Reconcile records and exceptions. Agree on recovery and cutover criteria before retiring a tool.

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Start with the facts that matter to your team.

Who is Dayrook for?

MSPs and MSSPs managing multiple customer environments. It is designed for owners, service managers, technicians and security leads who need client context to carry across service, protection and operational work.

Is this another tool to add to our stack?

The goal is to connect the operating work around a customer. Start by checking whether Dayrook supports the workflow and providers you need. Keep your current tools where coexistence is supported, and change only what your evaluation proves.

What can we use today?

Current support depends on the module, provider and release. Public architecture and build evidence are available; some deployed workflow evidence is still pending. Ask to see your exact workflow and its limitations before committing.

Can AI make changes without our approval?

Assist is designed to investigate and prepare recommendations within the configured scope. Execution follows the workflow’s permissions, policy and approval rules. Confirm the controls for the action you intend to run.

What does the monthly price include?

The published model starts at $99 per month for the first 50 managed devices, with unlimited technicians and customer organizations. Additional devices are priced progressively. SaaS Backup, excess storage and your AI provider’s own charges are separate.

What happens after the walkthrough?

Discuss your stack, confirm current support and agree on a bounded first workflow. You can then request a workspace and confirm the commercial terms. Booking a conversation does not charge a card.

Will it work with our devices, cloud providers and existing tools?

Check the exact operating systems, providers, permissions and actions you need—not only whether a product name appears in a directory. Supported integration and migration scope varies by release. Check provider coverage and limitations

Why evaluate Dayrook if we already use NinjaOne, ConnectWise or Kaseya?

An established platform or specialist stack may already meet important needs. The reason to evaluate Dayrook is its intended connection between customer context, controlled action and retained evidence. Compare the same workflow in both environments: supported actions, handoffs, governance, total cost and migration effort. We do not assume a competitor lacks a capability. How is customer data handled?

Review tenant isolation, permissions, credential handling, retention and the workload region that apply to your intended deployment. Published architecture is not a substitute for release-specific assurance. Review security and data-handling evidence

What support and rollout terms apply?

Confirm the support hours, escalation route, responsibilities, rollout scope and commercial terms before an evaluation begins. Timing depends on your providers, required actions and migration scope; there is no fixed implementation timeline promised here. Discuss support and evaluation terms
